iPhone frozen
My iPhone 11Pro Max is frozen. I tried pressing the volume up, then down, then the button on the right, but it didn't work. Any other suggestions?

We understand that your iPhone 11 Pro Max is currently frozen, and we'd like to help. Great job on starting with the steps shown here:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
To confirm, is your iPhone still powered on? If so, were you able to hold the side button until the display turned off? The reason we ask is that this can take a minute or two. The next step we would suggest is trying to force restart the iPhone while it is connected to power, and releasing the side button when you see the Apple logo.
