Function Keys don't work Big Sur 11.3 and New LogicKeyboard

How do I get my function keys working with this new logickeyboard model KB-WBWH? Big Sur 11.3 does not have the traditionally mentioned F1 F2 F3 controls in Preferences. I have no control over screen brightness, keyboard brightness, or sound.

I have read an old article where it was suggested to go to keyboard in system preferences and select the function key and then the application, but seems it is not working as expected when the application is launched still i have to press function key to make those function keys visible which is very cumbersome. media keys not working properly on Big Sur I've just upgraded to Big Sur on my three year old iMac. Since the upgrade the following media keys do not work: play/pause (F8), rewind (F7) and fast forward (F9) do not work for Apple Music or VLC, although they work fine for apple podcasts and YouTube videos in safari, which indicates that it is not a keyboard problem. Mission Control (F3) and Launch Pad (F4) do not work at all. The more universal controls such as dim (F1), brighter (F2), but (F10), volume down (F11) and volume up (F12) still work fine. Is there some configuration I need to change to make these keys work again as everything was working fine on Catalina? Can anyone advise me on how to fix this?

No longer use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys I have Late 2015 iMac and after the latest Catalina update, I am no longer able to use F1, F2 and other keys. Instead, there is option for Touch bar (?!), while I am using the apple magic keyboard. Is there a way to switch to F1 keys or am I missing it?

Others have had problems with the Logic keyboard and Big Sur. You do have menu bar access to the sound and brightness with this menu item immediately to the left of the date:

Have you asked Logic's customer support about this?

Helpful to know that (which I did not), but I don't want a keyboard where the function keys don't work, and I have to start searching with a mouse and pull down menus instead of fast keys.
