Wireless Mouse not working, lost connection

Wireless Mouse suddenly quit working and it’s been 24+ hrs. Screen message states trying to connect but can’t. I have changed the batteries in the mouse but nothing changed. I unplugged the router and plugged it back I. but that didn’t change anything. I estimate the Desktop and mouse are about 7+ years old.

Any suggestions?

Ventura Bluetooth issues. Why is Apple dragging its feet when addressing the Bluetooth issues created with the Ventura OS 13.0 update? It is impossible to connect my keyboard to my Macbook Pro since the update and all of my mice have a terrible lag as if the buffers get full and then empty out. I can never tell where the pointer will be at any given time because it seldom follows my mouse. The keyboard and mice work fine on all other Bluetooth enabled devices, but NOT on the one device I have with Ventura. (And, yes, I have done all the troubleshooting. Nothing makes it work properly for more than a few minutes.) It is sloppy and anti-user to let this bug continue! I left PC's to get away from this kind of shoddy workmanship!

keyboard and Trackpad some keys on the keyboard work fine before login, but not working after log in.(have problems with keyboard and trackpad after login)

Keyboard and trackpad stop working after upgrade to Ventura 13.0.1 After i upgraded my macbook pro M1 14" to Ventura 13.0.1, the keyboard (external Apple bluetooth keyboard as well as the built in one) and some functions of the trackpad and Bluetooth mouse stop working. If i restart the computer, they resume working for a short time but inevitably fail again regardless of what software I am using. The issue appeared immediately after upgrading to Ventura and no other updates are available.
