Hi I found a file on my file application ending xcarchive, which I think stands for Xcode archive. Do you know what it would mean by xcoding archive to do with adding a file onto my iPhone?

No, if an MDM profile is installed it will be in Settings/General/Device Management.
An Enterprise MDM can only be installed on your phone by someone who has physical possession of your phone.
They don’t need the physical phone. Just information. Phishing attacks, etc.

My Trust Store Version is also 2021021100 but my Trust Asset is 12.Is the fact that im not on 13 a concern ? Im on IOS 14.6 and my device is an Iphone 11
