Touch ID Issue When Adding New Fingerprints

Hi all,

When I was setting up my new MacBook Pro M1, I was able to add a fingerprint. However, afterwards when I went into system preferences to add more fingerprints, when I get to "keep going to capture the edges of your fingerprint", my computer won't continue to log my fingerprint. What should I do to solve this?

Hey everyone!

An update on the issue:

The issue was solved when I updated my system software to macOS Big Sur 11.3. So if anyone else if facing this problem, make sure to update too!
