Sophos alert

Sophos is showing as red. It says to click "allow" in "Security and Privacy" settings and I clicked on it and did not see where to do it. Can anyone help ?

Sophos and BigSur Following upgrade to BigSur, Sophos keeps asking me to change Security & Privacy settings. I think I have followed the instructions but am unable to make it succeed. I am now being bombarded with Sophos warnings and am unable to open the Sophos console to try and solve it from there. I have attempted to uninstall Sophos but that is also a non-starter. I'd appreciate any help with this issue, thanks.

Remove Sophos. It serves no purpose other than to slow down your Mac and lighten your wallet.
