I have a series 1 watch and I’m able to share my activity with my friends but I’m not able to compete in any way does this mean that I need a new Apple Watch in order to compete since it’s already saying that it’s up-to-date
Tried that link but mine screen tell me to update IOS but when i got to update it it says it’s already up to date IOS 4.3
My model is A1554 I have iPhone 11 + does this mean I have a 0 series which is why it won’t work ?

Yes, a 1st gen series 0 watch will only update to watchos4.
