MacBook Air M1 hanged

I bought a new M1 Macbook air just about 3 weeks ago , today while streaming on safari at KICKASSANIME.COM , the laptop hanged and I had to shut it down using the power button , even the touchpad stopped responding

I could not even hear the clicking sound of the touchpad but once I restarted the LAPTOP , the clicking sound was back as well

Is there anything to worry about ? I have already checked for malware , there was none
