Iphone 12 pro max constant buzzing sound during call

My iphone 12 promax is messed up! First od all during call i hear buzzing noise constantly its like hearing strong winds but constantly its hard to stay on call longer because of this issue. I did go to an apple store they said it would get fixed with a few updates but the issue still exists. I switched over from samsung to this iphone but i have been an issue with this iphone. Its been over 3 months and i am still not able to use my iphone to its full capability.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that

you've been having some issues with a buzzing sound during phone calls for

the past 3 months now. You also went to an Apple store and was told that it would be fixed after a few updates and it still has not been. That can be resolved by a repair or by simply switching your cellular carrier SIM card. WE would suggest trying a new SIM card which is provided by your carrier and if the same issue persist use the link below to set up repair.
