Issues with my phone

I have been issues with my phone from the day that I bought. Sometimes the phone is not working, I can’t do it anything, the screen is frozen , and then I saw a blank screen with a with circle in the middle. I can’t take screen shots because the phone didn’t work .

You should make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options.
