eSIM connectivity not working after device factory reset
Hello All , I'm holding eSIM , Yesterday i factory reset my IPhone 11 and eSIM profile configuration wiped out from device , i called care executive they tells to visit nearest ISP centre to re-enable eSIM on your device .
Means every time i format my device for whatever reason I'll have to contact ISP for re-enabling by visiting their store ? This doesn't suits me better in fact physical SIM is far better than eSIM in such case.
(Suppose If u Reset your device in the night time then you will not have any option to get back your eSIM connectivity until next morning till the time stores are not open)
Can anyone has solution how to re-enable eSIM profile configuration after Mobile format/ factory reset by self ? Or Store visit is only option ?
