Apple tv os 14.5 is the worst update in apple's history so many glitches in this update
Stuck on Video Resolution 576P and can't go back to the normal 4k sdr 60hz.
apple music is being really choppy with it's UI the swiping response too late and the button even respond late when we play a song it shows frame drops lyrics get stuck 15-20 afterwards it shows the lyrics.

I've been using it since morning like 9-10hrs and the issue remains the same however the vifeo format issue has resolved by doing a factory reset once but that's definitely not the case with apple music choppy experience on apple tv

I'm unable to verify much of this on my devices. Have you tried restarting or even resetting your Apple TV?
If you have reset it and you are getting choppy playback of music, then it's nothing to do with the recent update. Have you checked your network for interference?

Did you test it after resetting it, or did you simply update it again immediately?
yeah I've checked it upto 100mbps speed what am getting from my network. still the response is choppy how can I make you see through a video I guess there is no option available to upload the video
