Yes I am still using my iBook G4 from 2005 to get some stuff done 🙄. This question is something that has bothered me for a long time now. Is it possible to play music over Bluetooth speakers? I connected mine as a „headset“, was that the mistake? It always says in the settings that the device is paired but not connected.

Tiger only seems to support bluetooth profiles for headphones.
AirPlay is only available if your Mac has iTunes 12.8 installed:

Thank you but that discussion is about a macbook with intel chips so doesn’t work for me as my iBook has a PowerPC g4 chip. Besides, the download link in the reply doesn’t work anymore 🙂
