How do I block Apple Music from installing itself? I never subscribed to it, but when I try to listen to the tunes I bought from iTunes the screen is grayed out and a box appears saying Start Apple Tunes. I can't make it goo away!

Mamook,

On the newer Mac OSs, you need the Music app to play music in your library. However, you can disable the Apple Music streaming service in Preferences as shown below.
