Problem Shortcuts after update 14.5

Hi, I have some shortcuts that execute when an app opens and when it closes. For instance, when I open the Camera app I have a Low Power Mode shortcut set to turn on, and another one to turn it off when closing the app.

Since the 14.5 update the part that executes when closing an app no longer works. This happens for all shortcuts that should execute when closing an app.

I have tried restarting the phone, deleting and recreating the shortcuts, deleting and redownloading the Shortcuts app, but nothing is helping…

Anyone else have this problem?

Thnx for reading all this 😉

I’ve just updated my iPhone SE2 to iOS 14.6 and my shortcuts are behaving normally again, yay! 😀

Thank you both for thinking along with me! And that was a good workaround btw JEmGar 😁 Now I’ll have to get used again to just pressing Home rather than double-tap haha 😉

I have the older iPhone 7 Plus with the iOS 14.5.1 update. The automation "When App Is Closed" is broken for me as well.

So instead of just pressing Home when closing the triggering app, I found Double-Tapping to bring up the App Switcher causes the "When App Is Closed" sequence to then run, curiously 🤔. Afterwards I tap the blurry portion of the screen to get to the Home Screen. A clumsy workaround but it lets me still use my automations versus not being able to at all 😛.
