Blue tooth device not working correctly after iOS 14.5

Since installing iSO 14.5 hearing aids connect by Blue Tooth on iPhone 11 Pro Max but not listed as an option in Airplay and do not play music. Work correctly on iPad after update to iPadOS 14.5.

We understand from your post that your Bluetooth connected hearing aids connect to your iPhone 11 Pro Max but are not listed as an option for AirPlay and do not play music. In a situation like this we recommend removing the Bluetooth connection and then pairing the device again as directed in this article:

Thanks. In addition to "forgetting the device" I did a soft reset of the my iPhone and deleted the hearing aid (HA) app on my phone. Then I paired the hearing aids at Bluetooth and connected to music app. The HA worked fine. To be sure I downloaded the hearing ad app for my mode and paired the HA to the app. The music continued to work properly.
