How do I access Messages on my iCloud drive online?

I have the Messages turned on for iCloud backup on my iPhone. I accidentally deleted a message thread, so I logged into iCloud on my laptop Safari browser to find it - but on my landing screen, the Messages App Button is missing. How do I access Messages on my iCloud drive online?

You cannot access iMessages on a web browser, Only iOS and macOS devices are capable of sending/receiving and saving iMessages :(
