How to remove MDM on personal iPad?

Hello all. I purchased an iPad from eBay many years ago - it was lightly used. Everything has been great since then but yesterday I decide to give it away to a family member so I do wipe of all data and a OS reinstall. Now in the setup, I get to a Remote Management login screen and can't go any further.

More info about the MDM I was able to extract using iMazing is below.

How do I get rid of the MDM on this iPad?

Second question, since this iPad was a managed device that was sold to me, did the controlling organization have access to any of my data?

MDM is not removable: No

Wait until device is configured: Yes

MDM configuration is mandatory: Yes

Is supervised: Yes

Pairing with other computers is allowed: Yes

Shared iPad: No

You will need to contact the organization it is tied to. If the iPad was stolen and sold to you, then you may have to return it. If it was improperly released, they can release it. The controlling organization may have had access to some data, but what they collect depends on what MDM they use, and how they configured that MDM.
