Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
So my apple TV is sending audio juice to my projector, but I want to shoot it to my Airport Express (which is attached to my vintage stereo on the other side of the room, below the projection)
Right now I'm hooked up with HDMI and it doesn't look like I have any option to look for local airplay networks.
Am I just doing something wrong? Do I need to only hook up the video RCA to get this to work?

Thank you! I did not know about the control center section and was spending all of my time in settings.
That solved it (I just held the TV button for anyone else who like me didn't know that this existed)

You would need to be connected to HDMI for Apple TV to work. You would be going to the control centre to set the airplay speakers, as long as both devices are on the same network it will show up.
No problem.
