iPhone 11 Submerged in Water

Hi everyone, my iPhone 11 fell into a sink full of water with some detergent in it and I'm not sure how long it sat in there, I think it was 1-2 mins. I heard an alarm going off and I pulled it out of the water and it was working fine. I dried it off, shook it with the charging port facing down, turned it off and let it sit in rice overnight. I read that rice can damage phones overtime so I took it out this morning and now have it standing up straight turned off. It turned on in my bag by accident and seemed to work fine. How long should I leave it turned off for, any ideas?
