Call forwarding has been enabled to a number I don’t recognize and apparently doesn’t exist when I call. I can’t figure out how to remove this call forwarding. I used the dial pad codes to find this redirection.

We understand you've got call forwarding enabled to an unknown phone number. We'd be happy to help.
To start, you can disable this feature under Settings > Phone. For more info, check out: Set up call forwarding and call waiting on iPhone
If you continue to have issues afterward, also check to be certain there are no profiles installed on your iPhone under Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. If you don't see this option, then no profiles are installed. For more info, check out: Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone
