Using iPad

Would it be safe if I leave my iPad in charge whole night ? And it gets fully charged, is there any circuit breaker inside to disconnect the iPad from charging once it is fully charged 100 % ?

Yes you can leave it plugged in all night. There is circuitry to prevent it from overcharging.
