Green dot on the apple watch screen

Today i have bought a new apple watch series 6 (gps+cellular). While using it i have noticed a greenish dot (see beside the 6 digit in image) on the screen. It is visible everywhere from notification panel to watch face to app drawer. Is that any hardware or software issue. Please guide me so that i can take suitable step. 🥺
