Magic Mouse annoying click noise. How to change it to touch as track pad?

Am I the only one with the clicking noise and pressure issue with the magic mouse? I have tried to configure and change the click to touch as the awesome track pad on the macbook pro 16" without success.

Does anyone have found a solution for this clicking. I have stoped using the magic mouse for this reason.

Disconnecting the trackpad or restarting the laptop won't help as well.

Disappearing cursor in OS Ventura 13.1 Cursor disappears on a new (December 2, 2022) MBP with M2 chip running Ventura 13 and then 13.1 upgrade. Especially frequent when MacMail client is open, but also with MS Word application open. What is the cause and are there known fixes?
