Waiting for activation!!!
im still waiting for when fixed it. Imessage is working on my apple id but cant working on my phone number. I tried to all rules and possible things.
i updated latest version of IOS and reseted my iphone. Please check my phone.

follow all steps here If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
