My iPhone 7 doesn’t detect my headphones if I play a song or a video the sound goed to the iPhone speakers.

Take a wooden or plastic toothpick and remove any debris which has accumulated in the headphone plug in your phone.

I have removed anything that could block my phone from detecting my headphones but it still don’t work.
