Manual screenshot on MacBook Pro

Hi guys,

I recently had some problems in taking screenshots on my Mac. Even though the app work, I cannot manually do it by using shift + command + 3 (just as the https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361 indicates). I had the problem even before downloading the latest update. Do you know anything about it?
