My AppleTV 4k did an auto update to 14.5...its rendered all 3 of my nimbus controllers useless. Thanks! They are seen by system in Bluetooth and connected. None of the functions/controls work at all now.
So I was able to fix my problem. Here's what I did:
After that I can disconnect the headphones and the controller stays connected. Controller also automatically reconnects after sleeping and waking ATV.
No idea why this worked for me. Hope it helps others with the same problem. Also no idea if this is the fault of Apple or Steelseries, but it needs to be fixed. What's the point of an MFi certification program if the devices don't work as expected?
Likewise. I’ve just upgraded to the 2021 ATV 4K and my Nimbus Steelseries doesn’t show up on the Bluetooth list when I put it in pairing mode. My controller is therefore unable to pair with Apple TV with tvOS 14.6.
I paired my Apple TV to a keyboard but still the Nimbus doesn't show up in the menu.
I also tried the earlier solution of pairing with iPhone and renaming to "Nimbus Steel" - still not visible in pairing menu.
Same here, brand new appletv and nimbus+ but the nimbus isn’t seen by the atv. It does pair with my iPhone and iPad

Exact same here. Nimbus+ bought from Apple store, and it doesn’t show as a device on new Apple TV. ☹️
14.6 didn't resolve the issue for me either...
Same here. 2021 Apple TV does not “see” nimbus+ controller after 14.6 update.

Won’t work for me, as 2021 Apple TV has never “seen” my nimbus+.
This is a shame. I bought a Nimbus+ month ago and Apple TV 4K 2nd Gen 2 days ago. Now I am trying to connect the controller, but does not work! Please fix the integration
