You open the Pages document in your version of Pages for Mac and then Send a Copy > Mail > Word to open a Mail compose window with the exported Word document attached.
If you do not have a compatible version of Pages to use, then sign into iCloud dot com and use Pages for iCloud to open the Pages document and download as a Word document.

Probably the simplest way is to open the document in Pages, from the File menu select "Export to" and choose Word from the export options.
Also, keep in mind that when exporting these documents, sometimes some formatting may be affected. So, if you have used any special formatting in the original document, you might want to check over the saved document to see if it still looks ok.
