How can I use my Brother HL-L2320D printer with OS 11.2.3?

I recently bought a MacBook and I'm hoping I can find a way to use the printer I was using before with my PC. It's a Brother HL-L2320D. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

The Brother HL-L2320D supports AirPrint with macOS11.2.3.

Try installing Brother iPrint&Scan. You can do that from Apple menu > App Store.

No, unfortunately this model does not support AirPrint. (see here: https://www.staples.ca/products/1074269-en-brother-hl-l2320d-monochrome-laser-printer)

It does not have any way to connect wirelessly....we have always had to plug it into the laptop. I can connect it to my MacBook and it shows up, but I can't find the right drivers. Any other ideas?
