Problem with downloading Office on my MacBook AIr Hi! I have a MacBook Air from 2012 that doesn't want to download Office because you need to have MacOS version 10.12.0 or later. I have 10.11.6 but I have updated the computer today but still it doesn't work. What can I do?

What is your question? Your operating system is too old to install the version of Office you are trying to download.

What version Mac do you have and what version operating system?

Look into the Free LibreOffice, it handles MS Office files like Word & Excel…

The version of Mac operating system that i have is 10.13.6 and it's been able to download Microsoft office. This is my challenge and i need help on how to surmount it.
