I cant download a lot of applications from app store because my latest update is 12.5.3 on my iPhone 6.

can apple send me update software ios 13 and up ,so i can download the application that i need in my iphone?

No, sorry. iOS 12 is the latest version a iPhone 6 can run. You’d need to get a newer model iPhone.
