So I am running my iPhone 8 on iOS 14.4.2, and for some reason, when I just randomly used Hey Siri, the voice changed randomly from the new, more natural voice to the old voice that sounded like it was computer generated. This was random, and I want to know how to change the voice back to the modern one.

Sometimes the Siri voice needs to be "re-loaded" to the device. Try to select a different voice, then change it back to the one you want. You may also need to restart your device: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.
