My Iphone 6plus with 64 GB Storage tells me it is full at only 27 GB! this is persistently and so frustrating

I'm frustrated and unhappy because my Iphone 6plus 64 GB work space appears to be falsified/faulty, because at only 27 GB usage it keeps telling me the storage space is full, I have been forced to delete most of the Apps In order to free up some space but still the same massage keeps popping up. to free some space, I'm back to only one Apps pager but still same problem.

I'm frankly so disappointed on this product I had spent a lot of money on.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 12

Hello,

Hmm, your local storage seems to be OK. What is the exact message about storage being full? What are you doing at the time? What app? Is it possible that iCloud storage is full instead? See this:

About storage on your device and in iCloud

For more detail on local storage , see this:

How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If nothing is helping, the next step is a factory reset:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Good luck.
