Settings, general, keyboards - add keyboard select Spanish ( one of three are built in)
Now when you tap the globe on the bottom of the onscreen keyboard you can swap between English , emoji and Spanish. Indeed you can select several . I have a French Azerty keyboard as a second language.
For accents on vowels just hold the letter to the see the mods and choose which one ëeê íïį etc from the list.
