Black lines on my 2017 MacBook Pro

A series of black lines started appearing on my screen during on line class, lines disappear when the lid is closed for mor than 2 days but just 2 or more hours with the lid open and they reappear, lines also get worse the more continuous hours I use the Mac getting to the point that the first inch from the bottom of the screen is totally black and useless. I had to move the dock to one side of the screen because I couldn't see anything when the screen failed.

A1706 MacBook Pro (13 inch, Touch Bar), no peripherals connected, screenshots don't show anything (to discard GPU issues)
