App Ribbon

When I select to send a video by email, there are a number of apps listed along the bottom of my iPhone. How do I delete or add an App to this ribbon? Going from left to right, I have AirDrop, Messages, Mail,

etc.

At the end of that list there should be an icon that lets you see all of the possible options. You can add or remove apps there.
