What is the best Apple Watch to buy right now?

So I’m looking to buy an apple watch. Never had one, I want to use it for exercise and fashion. I see there the regular one, a Nike one SE. What’s the difference? Functionality wise, what’s the best one to get?

I don’t want a written apple comparison. I came here to ask a user about actually USING the watch. The feel? Personal opinions. Why they like one over the other. That link doesn’t have that.
