Nike training club app doesn’t work

Hi there

I’ve seen people have problems same as me . When I open the NRC app from my Apple Watch I get the message “it’s time to train find a workout on your phone “.

and when I open the app from my phone I get the message “ for better accuracy,begin workouts from your Apple Watch”.


i did see some of the responds to other people problems . I’ve already unpaired and paired again . And other stuff but it seems that it doesn’t work .

can you help me what should I do . Also when I choose a workout form the app on my phone it won’t start on my Apple Watch .

We understand you're unable to start a workout with the Nike Run Club app.


Nike has two workout apps for Apple Watch- Nike Run Club, and Nike Training App. You mentioned both in your post- are they both having troubles?

If you haven't already, it would be good to uninstall and reinstall both apps from your iPhone and Watch manually. This will clear up cache and app data as well as ensure the latest version of each app is installed.


A few other considerations, Which Apple Watch do you have? Is it updated to the latest WatchOS version? Here are steps to check if you are updated.
