Apple TV purchased content in a web browser?

The Apple TV+ content can be viewed in a web browser, which is awesome. However, there seems not to be a way to view my purchased movies, unless I'm completely missing it somewhere. Does anyone know if this is possible? I have several movies that I've purchased from Apple that I would like to watch in the same interface (i.e. in a web browser).

I regularly use three different operating systems, (Mac, Windows and Linux), and the Apple TV app is not available on Windows or Linux (as far as I know), which means I simply can't view the content there.
