Can the Mac mini m1 have two displays with 1 being vertical?

I will connect my BenQ monitor(https://www.benq.com/en-me/monitor/stylish/gw2283-22-inch.html) via hdmi and my Dell(https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/dell-24-monitor-p2419h/apd/210-aqdx/monitors-monitor-accessories#support_section) as a second monitor vertically. Does the mac mini have a vertical resolution and how do i connect my dell as a second monitor to the m1 mini?

The dell has these Input Connectors:

1 DisplayPort version 1.2

1 HDMI port version 1.4

1 VGA port

Mac mini 2018 or later

Yes see > https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-mini/connect-a-display-apd8e4fbbb97/mac

You need a USB-C to HDMI adapter or a USB-C to DisplayPort cable for the second display.

Yes you can rotate either display, but the preferences may or may not be retained after a restart/start up.
