I shipped a phone to a friend and Pakistan will not release it. They say I need a completed NOC form. I do not know the new era to anything on that form

Ask your friends where did they get the above information. Also, ask the officials if this is essential information. These test reports are not given to individuals as far as my knowledge goes.


This form looks for MW of power output!! Mobile phones need only 10-20 watt power for charging.
