Locked Apple ID

My Apple ID is locked so to unlock it, I have asked to be sent an email. It said it has sent it to my email address yet nothing has come through. I can’t unlock my ID any other way as my security questions are all incorrect. Not sure what to do, please help!

Locked Apple ID So I have no idea how this happened but my apple ID got locked and I am unable to to unlock it. I don't have security questions option only able to send instructions to my email. The problem with this is that I can't sign into my icloud email to access the email that's probably been sent 15+ times lol. Please let me know what I can, shouldn't, and can't do. I've also tried to download the support app and was unable to do that. I've just made a new icloud for the mean time to make this post.

apple id locked my apple id is locked and i can’t access it. unfortunately when i go through the steep to unlock it always send an email to my email which is the same as my apple id so i can’t access the email sent to me what can i do? thanks
