I want my daily wake up to sound only on my watch

When I got my Apple Watch and set up Sleep, the best surprise was that my alarm every morning sounded only on my watch. It no longer woke up anyone else. The vibration was nice too. So civilized.

Unfortunately lately the alarm sounds only on my phone instead. I’ve been unable to find the control that helps me choose where the sound occurs.

How do I go back to having the alarm only on the watch and with vibration too?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

In the Health app, tap on Sleep and then edit the Full Schedule. Make sure Alarm Options down there are correctly set. It might be good idea to turn the matching relevant options OFF, then back ON, just to make sure they are correctly stored both on iPhone and your watch.

There is indeed the line there underneath, stating When you wear your Apple Watch to bed, the alarm will go off on your watch.
