I noticed my iphone so slow and laggy since updated to IOS 14.5.1 according to their recommend.
does anyone have the same problem?

I installed IOS 14.6 this morning. it looks all apps/functions no longer slow or laggy.
However internet speed is slower than before (IOS 14.6: Over 200 Mbps) after the restated
internet speeds are ranged from 100 Mbps to 130 Mbps.
after having waited for 10 mins to 20 mins, it comes to the previous speed.
at this point, my phone doesn't have any issue after installing IOS 14.6
Mine still is so so slow! 14.6 didn’t fix it.
iPhone 7 + fine after 14.6, a bit snappier actually.
14.6 seems to be what is causing my problem. all 3 Apple devices are painfully slow. Speed test prior near 200 Mbps. After: less than 100...
14.6 seems to be what caused mine. Was working fine prior to loading 14.6...
Still well over 550 Mbps down on my 12 Pro Max with 802.11ac on 5 GHz.
The last daft ware update fixed everything. Thank you for your suggestion. I will keep it in mind for future consideration.

Sorry be patient it will automatically work perfectly after the update successfully done and please try to restart your iPhone immediately
I still have the laggy performance on my IPhone 8 after i update to ios 14.6 the battery drains very fast and its still in good health condition
Often, it takes a lot of power and battery to get an update started. If you just updated, I’ve it another day or so. That fixed my issue with 14.5.1.
14.6 solved my problems. Been happy ever since.
