Update error(?)

So after I updated (14.5 and 14.5.1) i can not use the microphone with any apps.

I already deleted all apps (like teams etc.)

and download it again but it didn’t work.

i can use everything except the microphone.

it would a pleasure if you could help because i have an online class.
