Application Notes makes constant 60-90% of CPU

I have MBP 15" 2017 3.1 i7 with BigSur 11.4.

Whenever I start Notes I see on Activity Monitor 60-80% CPU load. I waited hours (though it just "reorganize" something) with no effect. It always consumes 60-80% CPU - just running Notes makes my machine laud and hot. It doesn't depend on what I am doing. I can always reproduce the problem by starting MBP and opening Notes. I'm not using it, I just start it.

Any idea what should I do to avoid such a problem?

In System Preferences >> Internal Accounts >> iCloud >> and disable Notes in iCloud. Restart computer and Enable Notes again and Test. If still not as expected - Sign of of iCloud completely - restart and Sign back into iCloud and Test. Still not working Restart in Safe Mode - SHIFT immediately at startup. Does a Repair Disk, clears cache files and only loads Apple Software and Fonts. Once in- Test again.

Are we talking about a Beta Big Sur 11.4 - No Yet Released to Public or is this a Typo error ? If Beta - will not discuss on these Forums
