Application Notes makes constant 60-90% of CPU

In System Preferences >> Internal Accounts >> iCloud >> and disable Notes in iCloud. Restart computer and Enable Notes again and Test. If still not as expected - Sign of of iCloud completely - restart and Sign back into iCloud and Test. Still not working Restart in Safe Mode - SHIFT immediately at startup. Does a Repair Disk, clears cache files and only loads Apple Software and Fonts. Once in- Test again.

I've just tried all 3 things right now (it took few minutes):

disable sync - restart - enable sync

logout icloud - restart - login icloud

Safe Mode

Notes still drain my battery and make my laptop hot.

Very strange...
