Single adaptor for iPad Pro 12.9 and iPhone 11?

Is there a single adaptor Incan buy for my iPad Pro 12.9 (4 generation) and iPhone 11. It is a nuisance having to carry around two separate adaptors.

You can use the 18W power adapter that came with your iPad Pro 12.9 4th generation on both devices. See the following: Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support

Unfortunately you will need two cables. The iPad Pro has a USB-C connection and the iPhone 11 has a Lightning connection.
