IPhone 11 Pro battery

for the past 3 days or so my phone battery has been draining really quickly for example 10% per minute and I have to constantly charge it. While charging I don’t go on it and I always let it charge to 100%, I have had it ever since September last year so it’s fairly new it shouldn’t have any problems. I never dropped it on the ground nor water. Today I decided to let it die by itself as it has never died since I brought it and it has been at 1% for the past 4 hours and it hasn’t died. I don’t understand what is going on
