error gracenote

ciao a tutti, come sempre registro tutti i miei cd su itunes. da ieri però inserendo il cd (TUTTI ORIGINALI!!!!), non appaiono i titoli dei brani ne album ne autore, e appare la scritta: error gracenote 0x0. qualcuno sa dirmi perchè e come faccio a sbloccare il bug?

"errore sconosciuto" (4000) oppure "impossibile trovare il dispositivo" buongiorno, da un iphone 5s sono passato a un xs 256 giga ho un pc con windows 10 aggiornato l'xs non mi evidenzia la possibilità di aggiornare l'ios quando mi collego via cavetto (ho provato con 2 differenti cavi), il pc non fa partire simultaneamente l'itunes clicco allora sull'icona, itunes parte, mi chiede se voglio aggiornare l'ios, e mi chiede il mio codice inizia ad estrarre il software con un tempo lunghissimo, circa 1 ora passa al backup piuttosto veloce appare una scritta "errore sconosciuto" (4000) oppure "impossibile trovare il dispositivo" che devo fare? grazie
